I made it to the Flying Saucer, and wanted to try something new, different...the beer girl, no not her, her suggestion-the Saint Bernardus Abt 12, I believe is the correct nomenclature. This is a Belgian special dark ale, of high alcohol content, 10.5, and a very malty distinctive taste. Almost a syrupy thickness, with a tan head, nice "lacing" yes, this is a special brew, and highly recommended. I will be back, the Flying Saucer has a great beer menu, and the chicken quesidillas were pretty tasty, though somewhat angloized.
After careful reflection and reconsideration, I am recommending not drinking a whole lot of that beer at one sitting. My neurons need reconnecting.
