He just made 4 errors in the same paragraph analyzing tonight's NFL game. * First he mentioned Spencer Ware as the player to watch - Ware is out for tonight (recent development so at least not an awful error) * Then he called the Los Angeles Charges the San Diego Chargers (understandable, easy mistake to make just from familiar speech pattern) * Then he said his matchup of the game involved Hunter Henry, who Smith said has been very effective all year - he's actually missed the entire season with injury * ... Hunter Henry vs Derrick Johnson - who has not been on the Chief's roster, or even any NFL roster, all season long
He is a slobbering boob. Yet ESPN seems to feel he needs a segment on every show they can squeeze him into. I have to mute the shows every time I see him come on.
if you want a treat, watch any clip (Mike n Mike show comes to mind), of Frank Caliendo imitating Stephen A.....
SAS is one of the reasons I no longer turn to ESPN except to watch a game. I can't hardly turn on ESPN without seeing this uneducated overly opinionated loud mouth. So I no longer waste my time there.
It's the Howard Cossell syndrome. The sheeple will tune in just to hate him and get mad at him. The network knows it and the formula that works.
Well Stephen Smith shared a show with Skip Bayless, which is like getting a PhD in duuchbagginess. The one thing Smith does Well is deliver his poorly researched opinions like they are the most important damn thing you have ever heard.
By the way, I'd like to call Hornfans poster technical foul on moondog. Prior to his post, all of my thoughts involving boobs and slobber had been extremely pleasant.
