I’ll be there! Already have my ticket. Went to the Bradley game amd am kicking myself for not going to the UCLA game. So proud of this team and so very pleased with Vic.
I want to drive in from Corpus but I want to sit around other Texas fans, does it specify where the Texas fans sit? Thanks
From TV it looked like our bench was the one close to the East Floor. I assumed since we'd be the lower seed again, we'd get the same bench. So that's where I bought.
I think our next game is on the opposite (north) court. I can’t speak for the Alamodome set up but the San Marcos venue put us all together (spacially distanced) without my having to do anything special. It was also very easy to move around. Tickets were specific to the game. If Sweet 16 tickets get you in to multiple games then it might not be as easy.
I was there last night and many of us had tickets up on row 30, but when they let us in, the ushers told us to sit down lower in a certain section. We were probably on row 10 or so. We could sit anywhere in the section they directed us to. Every other row was blocked off (no one could sit there). And some seats in the open rows were covered with plastic to keep the fans socially distanced - but if you were in a group of 2, 3, 4, whatever, you could remove the plastic coverings to sit together. I don’t know if they will do this with the Sweet 16, but that is what happened last night.
It is so great to see so many Horn supporters. What would make it even better would be if y'all would also support Dion who solely makes it possible for you to post here. At the end if each page is a link to donate Please do and help Dion keep Horn Fans going
I make a donation every so often but I assume you only get that “sponsor” label if you do it monthly?
Oh and I was wrong. I think we’ll be on the exact same court as the UCLA game which I think is the North Court in the Alamodome.
I’m only on here during WBB season and then I go away. I’ll make a donation each time I return for the new season. Just like a single issue voter, I’m a one sport fan.
