Tailgating with 5LNB DirecTV satellite

Does anyone here do this? I picked one up over the summer for $20 from a guy on Craiglist and am thinking about replacing my current 3LNB tailgate dish, which gets some but not all of the HD channels.

I know that sighting it/aiming it is more difficult because I did the same thing on the one on my house, but I've got a professional signal meter, so that will help immensely. What I'm really interested in is what type of tripod people use.

Our tailgate location and the trees around it mandate that the dish be set up on a pretty severe slope, and my current tripod is OK for that, but the new dish is much heavier and is a 2" mast vs. the current one (1 5/8" maybe?) For anyone who does this, what type/model tripod do you use, and what type of slope do you set it up on?
