Horns rediscover the block as an offensive weapon. Horns take second set, 25-15. Tied 1-1 at the break. Looks like the Horns have woken up.
Horns finish strong after a sloppy first set, taking set four 25-16 to win the match 3-1. And the swim team got quite a cheer as they ran around the court after the win. I wanta know why the female swimmers don't join them.
Amy Neal was money last night! She has gotten better and better each year. Women's basketball team were there and threw t-shirts to the crowd between sets. Too bad Nekia couldn't pitch for the baseball team as her tosses were like fast balls!
I think it's much more powerful that the men's swim team shows up than it would be to have only the women's swim team show up. It says that the student athletes support women's sports (even those that don't have a parallel men's team). And I like that the men are getting out there and displaying their fit bodies just the way the women's volleyball team uniforms display their fit bodies. Let's not be too sexist about this.
