Absolutely love Overshown. Looked like one of the most legit football players on the field.

I'm thinking the play calling will be a little loose and creative for the bowl game. I hear the Utes are missing 3 of their dbs. I think I might have to revise my prediction for the game. I have the Utes winning big. Now I don't know what to think.

Possibly, but he also seems to be making a good DB.

Herman says WR Collin Johnson (hamstring) is “moving around great.”
Sounds like he will play but he didnt exactly say that

Herman was asked whether Alamo Bowl will mark last time he’s holding a play sheet. Laughed, then said, “you never wanna say never. But I hope so. I was a better head coach when I didn’t have that responsibility and I owe it to this program to be the best version of me.”

I remember being mad during the season that he was underutilized. I loved his speed and hands. Duvernay was better utilized and is a better player IMO

Give me a team of quietly dedicated Duvernay type players any day and you will win National Championships galore.

His example will be sorely missed next year.

But Ehlinger says he still working with the quarterbacks. Also some mention that he is involved in the offensive planning and scripting.

All I can say is someone that posts that totally missed the Oklahoma State game and the LSU game for that matter. Several times in the LSU game they were inches away from getting Burrow. But close doesn't count except in Horseshoes and Hand Grenades.

This kind of surprises me re: Sam. I never thought he would even consider giving up his Senior season as QB at his dream school. Sam, talk to Vince Young. Pro Football is a totally different grind. It will be there in 2021.

Sucks. Don’t know what they did but this kind of thing always is a downer.

Yes, Byron getting dressed down by his mom might be the must-see show this year that we will never see.

Going onto the record to say that this will never happen again to Byron.

Kitk Bohls has tried baiting Ehlinger and Herman over how Utah is like Georgia and really doesn't want to be playing in this bowl. Both adroitly sidestepped it by basically saying, "You will have to ask Utah about that, I do not know."

So I will go out on a limb here and say one reason this game is like the Sugar Bowl is that everybody is picking Utah to win. This will be a test of Herman's preparation under extremely duressed circumstances.
