Bad, bad scheduling for a #1 seed!

Very disappointed with that schedule. That’s going to hurt attendance and I’m sure Vic is pissed (rightfully so).

Must have USC & UConn games in prime time. You would think Texas would have at least got the 6:00pm timeslot that the #3 North Carolina vs #6 West Virginia game got. I’m sure #2 North Carolina St is having some of the same feelings with their 11:00am timeslot.

A sold-out game at the Moody gets middle afternoon time slot... That is such bullsh*t when you've got lower seeded games playing in prime time. I guess the NCAA tournament figures they've already got the ticket sales revenue so WTF.
 
NCAA will say, "Hey, we're not in charge of the broadcast times, talk to ESPN". ESPN will say, "That's the way it goes, sorry"
 
I think Illinois will win. Texas will have no home court advantage with the game being at 1:00PM. This is where the flawed offense is going to hurt Texas and they will be going home early.
 
Another advantage for the Illini is their Coach Calamity McEntire, who knows the ins and outs of the Texas program and Coach Schaefer. Hopefully Texas will not be scared.

She spent one season here 2 years ago. I doubt she knows anymore than anyone who watches game film.
 
Ugh! #5 Tennessee upsets #4 Ohio State in Columbus, OH 82-67. That means Lady Vols fans will gobble up all the tickets in Birmingham, AL and make it a virtual road game for Texas should we beat #8 Illinois on Monday afternoon.

Tennessee shot 10-34 from behind the arc while the Buckeyes were 5-11. Tennesse forced 22 turnovers.

While Texas beat Tennessee 80-76 in Austin in January, that was with PF Aaliyah Moore who has been out since then due to knee surgery.

Amo's absence has been a big obstacle for us to overcome, and will continue to be.

They played hard especially on Defense. They did back off a little in trying to score late in game but never on D

Personally, I hate when Texas slows down the game to use time, waiting until the shot clock buzzer before shooting. Makes the game boring, but I understand that you shouldn't just pile on because you can. No sense humiliating anyone.
 
Can anyone explain why they haven’t said Rori is going to use her red-shirt year next year? They keep including Rori in the goodbye girls. (Taylor, Shay and Amo).
