An empathetic governor willing to help poor kids seeking asylum rather than blowing taxpayer $ for own personal political gain. Not to mention poor Guardsmen and families that will needlessly sacrifice. The Link Hook'em!!!
Mass is too worried about securing their border from all the Irish drug lords coming over on ships. This was way over the top for them to allow these.
