I can't help but wonder if, before the camera rolled, the liberal snowflake dude also beeped his nose.

How long before they stop just stealing hats and throwing drinks, and start throwing lead at us?
One did already on a softball field.
Doesnt it feel like the next one will happen any time now?

Almost sounds like someone is hoping (maybe praying?) for that to happen. Unlike the poster above, I won't throw up every video of some clearly racist person chastizing an immigrant enlisting words like "they" to cast aspersions at giant classes of people. THAT would be irresponsible.

I've been harassed by libs in the past over political clothing (nothing Trump related). It does happen.

Dude, knock that **** off. Joe Fan isn't implying anything of the sort and you know it.

Is this one of those moments where you try to convince me that the down is up and up is down or do you take issue with my use of "implying"? I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.

We only have a million examples of Liberals shaming (even their own), bullying, and verbal and physical assaulting to silent anyone that disagrees with them. Why do you think this one time that something happened before the video started? You a silly guy SH.

My son's former college roommate is an avowed Liberal. He's also a great musician (he can play Billy Joel's Piano Man: piano, vocal and harmonica) and an aspiring actor. He's extremely idealistic and for his birthday (in the Spring of 2017) I bought a Woody Guthrie t-shirt (for my son to give to him as his present) that has a picture of Woody holding a guitar that has the words, "This machine kills Fascists" scrawled on it. My son decided not to give it to his roommate so I have still have it. I'm actually wearing it right now. You know, I really do detest real Fascists no matter what side of the aisle they are on. Old Woody may have been a commie or just an agitator but at the time I thought the idea of a guitar (and lyrics) as a political weapon was a cool thing. But I bet if I wore this shirt out someone would now think I was an Antifa sympathizer or possibly a member (is that something you sign up for? Blood oath?).

I have another t-shirt with a head-shot of Marvin Gaye above the words, "War is not the answer." That's from his song, "What's Going On." I've worn that one out several times in Austin and have had strangers come up to me to tell me they loved my shirt. I've never heard anything negative. I even wore it to a party once and a veteran who I met that night talked to me about it. He said he was cool with the sentiment. I was honest and said I wasn't sure if it was naive to walk around with a shirt like that (war was apparently the answer to stop Hitler; I get that) but he said it would be better if we thought that before the war started and all came to our senses. It was a great conversation.

Scott Pruitt is out as EPA Director. Link. Whatever one thinks of his policy agenda, Pruitt was a sleazy guy. Good to see him go.

As seems to be the case so often, douchebaggery and political viewpoints don't appear to be related, and they usually end up getting in the way of each other.

There's no doubt. I will give Seattle props for raising the point that Republican's only care about the deficit when the President is a Democrat. Both parties need to state their values, stick to them and stop the vitriol. There are enough differences to sway the voters without trying to demonize one another. The problem is that it's so easy to be a Liberal because socialism is sold as one person caring for another. You can't easily defeat that type of argument in a public debate (especially if protesters are being disruptive) even if you have data that indicates the outcome would look like Venezuela. They don't care about that. So just the mere sales pitch for socialism is inherently personal.

I remember during the campaign when a Trump supporter punched an obnoxious jerk flipping off the crowd and the liberal media wet themselves for weeks. Predictable silence from them now though.

I saw someone on Facebook justify the whole thing because what the video supposedly doesn't show is the kids hurling racist comments at this guy. So, naturally, that justifies the drink throwing and hat stealing.

I will say this; the man who threw the coke in the kid's face has had his world rocked as it well should be. He's been fired from his job, from the Green party AND been arrested.

But it's always like that; "We were responding to racist Nazi's."

That's the thing; if you saw Heinrich Himmler at Whataburger you'd probably want to kill the guy on the spot. But this is the false equivalency (besides the outrage of comparing Nazi's to anything that is happening in our country today) that gives them the moral level of rationalization we constantly hear.

To clarify, it doesn't justify what this guy with the long rap sheet did.

That's correct. Attacking someone and stealing their property is not self-defense.

"Trump beats promise to cut new refugees, down 66% from Obama"

"The Trump administration beat the president’s goal of trimming new refugee admissions from the 100,000 brought in by former President Obama, slashing the population by 66 percent.

In fact, for the first time, the U.S. resettled fewer refugees than the rest of the world, but still more than another other country.

New data from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees showed that the U.S. took in 33,000 refugees last year, down from 97,000 under Obama, who had pushed to raise the ceiling to 110,000.

President Trump vowed to reverse that flow, raising concerns that refugees were not being vetted well by the United Nations. He pushed to cut refugees to 45,000 a year....."

Claiming racial slurs thrown at them is their go to in their play book whenever a lib bites off more than they can chew. The other kid sitting across the table looked shocked after the 30 yr old lib throws coke in the face of his friend. That tells us no racial slurs were thrown. Beside the 30 yr old would have addressed that in his rant instead of ranting about throwing the trump cap in his fire place. All his anger was directed to the MAGA cap.

Even if that's true... well what happened before THAT? And before THAT?? At some point, it's just wrong to respond that way to someone you don't even know, won't ever see again, and who has absolutely no ability to impact your life by sitting in a booth saying stupid crap.

Having said that, my guess is the guy came in, saw the cap and started making comments. The guy with the hat responded and said more stuff, and then this happened. The fact that the guy had the phone out and recording clearly indicates this had been going on for a while and he was expecting this person to cause trouble. Whether he baited him or could simply see it coming is something I don't know and don't care about.

The kids were 16. They have their phones surgically implanted to their hands and always on.

Here is what Marc Lamont Hill tweeted:
" I actually don’t advocate throwing drinks on people. Not at all. But yes, i think MAGA hats (deliberately) reflect a movement that conjures racism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc. So yes, it’s a little harder to feel sympathy when someone gets Coca Cola thrown on him."

So I guess I could throw a coke in Marc's face since his support of BLM is racist against white people and especially white cops?
