Here are some more not on the list above --

In 1983 John Hinckley, a registered Democrat, shot and wounded Ronald Reagan and paralyzed a member of his cabinet.

In 2001 a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at the White House in a failed attempt to kill George W. Bush, President of the US.

In 2010 Jared Lee Loughner, a mentalliy ill registered Democrat, shot Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and killed 6 others.

    -------------------------------
The rest of these below are arguably politically motivated. Hard to say for certain with all of them. But what is not hard to say for certain is that they were all lefties --

In 1984 James Huberty, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 22 people in a McDonalds restaurant in San Ysidro, CA.

In 1986 Patrick Sherril, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 15 people in an Oklahoma post office.

In 1990 James Pough, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 10 people
    at a GMAC office.

In 1991 George Hennard, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 23 people in a Lubys cafeteria.

In 1995 James Daniel Simpson, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 5 coworkers in a Texas laboratory.

In 1999 Larry Asbrook, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 8 people at a church service.

In 2003 Douglas Williams, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 7 people at a Lockheed Martin plant.

In 2007 Seung - Hui Cho, a registered Democrat, shot and killed 32 people in Virginia Tech.

In 2011 James Holmes, a registered Democrat, went into a movie theater and shot and killed 12 people.

In 2012 Andrew Engeldinger, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 7 people in Minneapolis.

In 2012 Adam Lanza, a registered Democrat, shot and killed women, and children in the Sandy Hook school massacre.

Put it all together -- and -- Conclusion? Lefties are mentally unstable by nature.

This was a quick interesting read. First, the list leaves off many assassination attempts.

Leon Czolgosz a socialist? He studied socialism but he was much more an anarchist.

Charles Guiteau was a utopian by birth but had been kicked out to the community 5 times and clearly was in lala land at the time of his assassination attempt. He was upset that Garfield wasn't responding to his continued attempts to apply for jobs, specifically Ambassador to France.

Here are a few that were left of your list that I found interesting and wouldn't fall into the "leftist" category.
    • John Schrank who attempted to kill Teddy Roosevelt in response to Teddy's "Bull Moose Party" revolt against Taft. He claimed he saw the ghost of McKinley. Lefty, righty or crazy?
    • Truman had 2 assassination attempts. Letter bombs from the Zionist Stern Gang and some a couple gentleman seeking Puerto Rico independence.
    • Richard Pauvlick hated Catholics and plotted to kill JFK but stopped short after seeing him with Jackie O and kids.
I'll reiterate, in nearly every planned assassination attempt the assailant is off their rocker.

OK. I don't have time or the energy to verify this post or point out that the incidents are cherry picked. You win.

oh no IBM's announcement is bad news for the haters.
Wait. This is probably corny capitalism.
I bet Trump offered them lower corporate taxes and easing of some onerous regulations.

He's not "fortunate". The laws were intentionally designed. This has been previously pointed out to you but you are unable to comprehend. The law states that the President does not have conflicts of interest when it comes to business dealings. The law states that it is illegal for Cabinet members to have conflicts of interest when it comes to business dealings. The reason for the laws has also been pointed out, but you have failed to comprehend that reasoning also.

I don't have time to verify either. But I do have time to find someone who has. Link. i don't know this source from Adam so I can't say he's right. I can say, though, that I trust a random idiot on the internet more than I trust @Joe Fan.

    The Dow is up 9.0%.
Since 1900, this is the 2nd best post election bounce (9.2% in 1924).

Purchasing depts use every trick in the book to try to get a lower price. To them, only suppliers can act unethically and they are above it.

The government usually doesn't use every trick in the book to get a lower price. Officially it's supposed to, but all kinds of funny business is tolerated, especially in military procurement. If Trump reins that in, I'll be all for it. We need real competitive bidding (including allowing foreign contractors unless there's a real national security reason not to) and contract officers who truly scrutinize contractors, especially when they're dealing with cost overruns.

From your link, this deal has been in the works since before October, which is when the offer of funding by the New York State government became public:

I think we can all agree to offer congratulations to New York for a job well done!

Broadly speaking, I support the idea of government giving companies incentives to stay and expand. I prefer for it to be done at the state/local level, but I'm okay with the Feds doing it as well if the deal is big enough.

I don't know enough about either deal to comment about whether they were good. But I do enjoy watching Trump supporters give him credit for deals that started when it looked like he was going to lose the election.

It is probably coincidence that NY could not get the deal done until after Trump was elected.
I am sure knowing in addition to whatever the state if NY offered knowing Trump is going to reduce corporate income tax rate AND ease onerous or unnecessary regulations had no influence on the Decision.

It's on. I was wondering when the honeymoon would be over. Trump will say rightly that Obama started it. A narcisstic faculty lounge Marxist and a red-blooded imperialist businessman weren't going to get along forever. Like the others, Obama has been played. Trump knew Obama couldn't fly straight forever. It's going to be an interesting first 100 days.
