My wife doesn't work and she stays at home with our three preschoolers. But it would never occur to us to rub someone's face in their decision to work or not.
My wife worked for 12 years, the last two after our son was born. I changed jobs and she decided she wanted to stay home with our son until he started school. It has been great for both of them so far, and that makes me ver happy. What I have found interesting is that she had to justify working with a small child and now has to justify not working and staying home (What do you do all day?). At the end of the day, It's really nobody's ******* business but ours.
This brings up an interesting question. Those "Customer with Child" parking signs. Is there an age limit on "child"? My daughter is 8, but if one of those spots is the only thing close, I'm damn sure taking it.
