The only way that happens is if A&M makes the SEC Championship game and lose, otherwise we play the loser of an Alabama vs SEC East team. He did predict Alabama to play in the CFP, which would mean A&M would finish second in the West division. I don't see either happening.
"The Longhorns and Aggies both seem to be on the fast track back to national relevancy" When has aggy been relevant?
Not as far fetched as might think. Aggy has road games at Clemson, Georgia and LSU and a home game with Bama. Assuming they win all of their other games, and they have seven layups and one moderately difficult game at home against an Auburn team that they should win so that isnt much of a stretch, they will finish anywhere from 8-4 to 10-2. If somehow they won two of those four tough games or even one of the four they will be in a New Years Six bowl. SEC gets four teams in those bowls most every year and aggy can easily slide into that number 4 slot next year.
