with Duke's loss last night, does this push us closer to a #1? I still think it's between Duke and UNC for that final #1, based on who wins the ACC tourney. However, if we win out and take the Big XII tourney over KU, we would get a 1 for sure. Another Texas 1 seed scenario would have both Duke and UNC losing in the ACC tourney, and us having a very respectable showing in the Big XII. That said, I would almost rather get the top #2 seed in the South division w/ Memphis or Tenn.
I wouldn't mind just missing out on a #1 seed, bolstering the committtee's reasoning for making us the #2 in Houston.
