I know that UEFA has their ranking systems for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup so we get a rough idea of which leagues are the best in Europe (I'm sure the Spanish, Italian, English, German and maybe French leagues are all about the same though maybe the English Premiere League is a hair better top to bottom - the top flight clubs from each league are about equally matched) but are there leagues outside Europe that have as much quality top to bottom? Could a top flight Brazilian team compete/win in La Liga or Serie A?
