My point was not specifically directed to your post as much as it was in posters in general. I’m new at posting, so I simply replied off yours. That said, I, you, or any others posting are nowhere near as knowledgeable at coaching, recruiting, or any other area in football as our coaching staff. I’m an expert in my field of business, as I’m sure you are as well. My point was simply to trust the system in place, as I see so much positive improvements that feel will lead to success. As much as I likes Charlie, I personally feel Herm if a far better option. Just an opinion mind you. Thanks for your response though. Your points are well stated and do have merit.
