Although the loss to Baylor was obviously disappointing something that has sort of gone unnoticed is the fact that Texas has done a very good job with reducing their turnovers. It’s been a issue for years and Coach Aston and the team have done a good job improving in that area.
Fifth in the league in TOs for the season and second in TO margin. Fifth in TOs during league play and #1 in TO margin. solid improvement this year.
Sadly we had half of our turnovers in the first quarter alone against Baylor. Glad we got it under control, but I am sure Karen was not happy after the first quarter with 6 TOs.
