prediction Myself, I'm waiting for the 40" thin bezel designs (Toshiba, Samsung, and soon NEC; they fit in my 38.5" wide built ins) to drop below $1000. The Toshiba I was looking at was $1540 in August, and is $1280 now, a drop of $260. Maybe in 2015 I can flip all the furniture in the living room around and get a 1" thick wall mounted 96".
