Is there a way to completely uninstall a program from your computer? I've been having some issues with my email. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall outlook on my computer. The problemi is after I reinstall it, it's as if I never uninstalled it. All of the settings are exactly the same as before, amd I don't know what to do. Is there a way to unistall outlook so it's like the program has never been on the computer, or am I SOL?

By the way, I'm running Vista.

Go to Control Panel ---> Programs & Features ---> Click on the program

That's exactly what I did to uninstall it. It didn't work. Still was like I never uninstalled it when it was reinstalled.

documents and settings > username > application data > microsoft > outlook. Delete the stuff in the folder. Also documents and settings > username > local settings> application data > Microsoft > outlook.

You will have to change your folder options to see hidden files and folders.

Also if you want to have your previous data, you should cut and paste to a different location instead of deleting.
