Texas is 6-3 all-time against UNC, having won the last two meetings and six of the last seven. Roy Williams is 1-4 against Texas while coaching at UNC. I know we are a work in progress but we're improving mightily with each game. These kids are having fun and are showing great energy and good tendencies on both sides of the ball. We're athletic as all get out. We're going to force turnovers. We're going to ruffle their feathers and we're going to hit em in the mouth. This squad is due for a big win. I like our chances. and I'm looking forward to taking my small boys to their first UT Bball game. Hook Em!
It should be a good, competitive game that is fun to watch. I think I will refrain from picking the Horns to win though.
Looking forward to this game. I am very interested to see how much we have improved since Bahamas and how well they continue to show a better grasp of Shakaball principles. Also very interested to see if the freshmen can carry over their play against utsa to a quality team like unc. Likewise won't predict a win but don't think it's beyond realm of possibilities.
Good thread! I am excited and very curious to see how the freshmen perform on the national stage. If they can hit a couple of jumpers early, and get some confidence, and avoid early foul problems, then I think we are going to be in for a great game. Also I really hope Cam can avoid early foul trouble. This is essential. Are my hopes too high. Probably. Oh well. We shall see. HOOK EM!!

NC in a bit of foul trouble, but man they have so much quality depth it may not matter. I am really impressed with how well the Horns are hanging tough and close.
Yeah there's only so much you can do to make an opponent miss contested shots. I don't mind losing to UNC when they're shooting even better than we are.
