    Agree on both counts.
    This gives UT a chance to catch up with Baylor's tennis facilities, player locker rooms etc.

    The Erwin Center is not long for this world either. Dell is going to swallow it up too. Wonder where they will build a new arena for basketball...

    15 years ago UT was at the top of the food chain in facilities. Not so anymore. The rate of change in facilities upgrades has picked up in the last decade. Indeed Baylor's facilities in more than one sport will be better (newer) than UT next season.

    I have heard the new facility will be the nicest in the country. Will be capable of hosting the NCAA Championships. Baylor is the host for 2015.
