Week 4 Prediction Thread: Texas vs. Baylor...Big XII Here We Come!

Changes to Hornfans

 

There's some buzz on Baylor sites that injured QB Shapen may start (or at least play a lot), and play hurt. There's not much confidence in Robertson.

 

As much as our slow start against Wyoming bothered fans, Baylor's fans are equally (if not more) upset about a 16-7 halftime lead against an 0-2 team that has only been at the FCS level for 4 seasons.

I think we learn our lesson from last weekend and go in there with more of a sense of purpose.

Shame on Aranda if he plays an injured QB just to beat Texas. Not likely they'll be competing for a B12 championship even if R3G3 comes back. Although a down bailor doesn't mean Texas can't lose. Just look at Grant Teaffs last game.

Don’t really think QB for Baylor is all of their worries. Slow starts will hurt us if they continue especially with the Paperclips in a few weeks, but not this week.

I believe in our defense. The defense will travel.

I can't put a finger on the Texas offense, and all three teams we faced so far have been copying what Aranda did to us last season. I believe Aranda will throw some more confusing D at us. How well we handle it is the big question.

Baylor — LBs are good. DL is fairly good.
On O, Baylor’s LT will have a rough time protecting the QB. They run a lot on 3rd down.
