Sam's dad was a huge UT fan, who died when Sam was just a youngster. His father had a heart attack while doing the swim portion of "Escape from Alcatraz" triathlon. From that point on, Sam made it his mission to play QB for UT. I have never doubted he would waver on his commitment to play here. He is a fine young man.
Allsome I hope he redshirts to heal and get a handle on the offense How amazing will it be when Txas has multiple good options at QB that are not true freshmen.
