With all the rain, I have millions. I'm cooking with them, eating them fresh, etc. but we are making not a dent in the supply. After doing Google research, I'm peeling and freezing them to make wine or cider later. Any other ideas?

Poach in simple syrup or a fortified wine, such as a port or marsala, drizzle w/ chocolate sauce, scoop of ice cream and n-joy!
