My wife needs to get a signature guarantee in order to get the name on her banking accounts changed from her maiden name to her new last name. We have a marriage certificate, but the bank we used, wouldn't do the signature guarantee unless she had picture ID's with bother her new and old last names. She hasn't updated her DL or passport yet, and the wait to receive either seems like it could be several weeks at best. So any idea where we can get one of these with only ID's with her old last name and a marriage certificate with the new last name?
Tough call if the bank won't do it. If you have an investment broker(like Fidelity), you might try them.
