Watching Tulsa beating Houston on the road. SC, and TCU now supposedly down. Maryland lost to Temple but we will know more Saturday v Michigan. Given the scenario, a team playing for a fallen teammate, I’d say Maryland. We won in the most hostile of environments of all the teams. Both good ranked teams we beat have no home field advantage, no proof of outcomes that would be different. Why we love college football. It’s up for discussion, but something to contemplate.
If it isn't apparent it will be as the season goes on, this team plays up or down to it's level of opponent. Right now I'd say the best team Texas has faced is easily TCU, they have some really good talent all over the place.
