Anyone have a list of who is visiting UT this weekend? I have heard DB Arrion Springs, WR Emanuel Porter & OL Rodriguez mentioned as possibilites.
Most important recruit has offers from Arkansas State, Fresno State, Kansas, New Mexico, New Mexico State, Texas State, Tulsa, and UCF. That's depressing...
Yes, LSU had offerred Rodriguez. Wickline had also recruited him and knew of him at OSU. If Wickline likes him, he should be good enough. Notice that he and Charlie have already let a 2015 OL guy go away from the commit list by quietly staying quiet and not contacting him. Wickline knows OL talent better than anybody out there. So, this guy must be good. The highlight video looks great but it's always tough to say much from it. This guy's grandfather was a UT football player back in the late 50s, by the way. The kind of guy who certainly wants to play for UT. Around 300 pound. Bring him in and coach him. It's a position of need and the previous staff had not done enough this year on that.
Report is that Jerrod Heard, Lorenzo Joe, Elijah Rodriguez and Arrion Springs made it to town this week end and were expected to go to the basketball game as well. It was a great win over #6 KU with a full house at the Erwin Center.
Apparently the Foreman twins and John Bonney were also there. Hope they all struck up some camaraderie and turned Arrion to our side.
