Yep, Collins played setter all four sets although she and Hannah did play together. Also, Sara got the start over Molly at Middle Blocker and as the lineup continues to be tuned. Khat didn't play at all (injury?). Frosh Chiaka Ogbogu did very well in that spot.
I think Jerritt was giving the back-ups a chance to get some experience and see how they handle playing on the road. Baylor is a good opportunity to do some experimenting. With the Horns' non-conference schedule, he has not had much opportunity to tinker. I bet he learned a lot about what he's got on the bench, which could pay dividends down the road. Unlike some other coaches on the 40 Acres, I am confident he will take the lessons learned and apply them with some success. It is strange to think "Whew, I'm glad to get through non-conference. Now that Big XII play is here, we can learn how deep our bench is." It's usually the opposite. The usual starters will be back vs. LSU.
