I won the lottery and have been notified that I have two tickets to the final four in Houston. Don't know the location of the seats yet but anyone have a guess of what they are worth?
Probably less than you hope. (I also was a winner.) My understanding is that the market for these tickets is pretty soft. Now that the NCAA is involved in reselling tickets of Saturday's losers, the chances of making big bucks is even less than it would have been in the era of smaller venues. Best hope would be to have traditionally strong teams with big fan bases to advance... UK, UNC, KU... or for a local team to make it (a team within a pretty short drive or with large numbers of local fans -- A&M, Baylor, LSU). Not saying any of the locals are that likely to make it, just that that's what you would hope for.
I'll give you $5.00 cash for each one of 'em right now and I don't care where they are. At least as long as they are in Houston.
