    Stoops has had tons of turnover and has still fielded good football teams year in and year out. Hes gone through 4 OCs and 1 DC, Daryl Wyatt, Kevin Sumlin and Chris Wilson. He promotes from within so that the guys behind the OC or DC know their shot will come if they show they have what it takes. We havent gone outside to hire an OC or DC yet. Its always been from within.

    Probably give ou an inside track on a couple of all-American recruits. These kind of things are often tempered by that kind of stuff.

    If this effort manifests itself in some ****** performances on the actual field, then I'll pretend to act pissed and outraged. Organization of the coaching staff and approving hires are some of the bottom-rung things I have a beef with Stoops. It's akin to complaining about Mack's recruiting.
