This lady personally smells gulf seafood to make sure it is safe for us to eat.

 

Hmmm....I'm not surprised it's not a guy, seafood smells terrible.

 

500 ppb is pretty freaking good. I am impressed.

 

I was at Pappadeaux's in Houston a couple of months back and my waitress assured me that if I ordered the "fillet" it would be fresh out of The Gulf.

Me and my smartass mouth......"is that a good thing"?

Got a steak instead. No oil spills at the stockyards..
