At our church's fitness facility this evening, and while doing some time on the treadmill we could see a gymnastics and cheering class down below. Young girl, maybe 10 at the most, was being lifted up by the instructor, and when fully lifted with her arms held up, was giving the with both hands. YES!!!!!
