If humans were made of something durable instead of meat, maybe like carbon fiber, we would hold up much longer and have fewer physical problems. Repair and recovery times would be short. Meat is not a good material for an apex predator that does not need to be optimized for consumption like, say, beef and chicken. If I were to create a universe and a high order species I would use better materials than meat.

We tend to approach discourse with a "soldier mindset" - an intention to defend our own beliefs and defeat those of our opponents. A more useful approach is to adopt a "scout mindset" - an intention to explore and gather information.
