It's obviously someone's sick idea of a joke. Anyone with half a brain knows that a good liberal votes at least 4-5 times. Gotta get to the cemeteries early to get the good names.

 

Good point Sabre. And that may explain why we see a late influx of Democrat votes pouring in on Election day - apparently it takes longer to collect the votes from the cemeteries than from the polling places.
