Nice ride Joe Fan. I also have a 2003 Litespeed Tuscany, all titanium bike I still break out every now and then. And then there’s the mountain bikes.... Can’t have too many bikes I always say.
The Defy 1 has an upgraded drive train compared to my Defy 3. I think you have an extra gear or two as well.
One thing with the stay home rules is that the bike trails are considerably more crowded than 'normal times' Check it out though, I dont know why it took me so long to recognize Newton at work, but it finally hit me that there a tremendous corresponding decrease in road crowdedness so now I am biking down many main roads now I would not normally traverse
We have had alerts for some airports consolidating operations into single terminals. Brilliant. Move everyone to the same terminal. Isn't that the opposite of what they should be doing?
HIC, Intergallactic has closed access to Terminal B, aka, the death dart terminal. It has to be accessed through C or A
Exactly what I'm doing. The trails are too crowded to ride at my normal pace, and can't keep social distancing so I'm riding on main roads and on Hwy shoulders.
I'm really envious of you guys. My 1990 model Paramount (custom fitted road bike, Dura Ace comp's) has been garaged since 2004. Too many close calls from cars and trucks, even riding in a pack of 15+ in eastern Dallas county. Really miss my rides from Sunnyvale thru Mesquite, Seagoville. Best road bike I ever owned, and I've owned many
It's regional. Texas ain't that bad, but NYC (specifically Queens) is getting crushed. I know critical care docs up there and their patient census is 5 times above average and it's typical to have 10-15 codes in one night (average ICU night might have 2-3 codes).
