That was some ugly DB work on that drive. Too far off of them for quick hitters. Let the safeties be the zone.
This is awful tackling effort. Although the TD was more of just a really good throw and catch. Barely open, pass made it into a tiny window, guy hang on despite solid hits from both his left and right. But they got in position for it due to repeated lackadaisical tackling attempts.
To me Ash is on trial. Let’s see if his D can get it corrected. That was like a chainsaw through butter. Not impressive.
