Herman is a joke of a coach. Sam old same old over and over. We make so many changes on HC or coordinators almost every year makes it hard to have continuity. I'm inclined to give him one more year but it's CC or bust one of these 2 years. If you can't win a CC in 5 years time for someone else to get a chance.
