THEY CAN'T DO THAT, BRO.... WELL, HE SUCKED ANYWAY. BOUT TIME WE PUNTED THAT C@NT FROM OUR OXFORD BRO-ZONE...

Chris Kiffin (Cleveland Browns DL) will join his brother Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss. He may coach LBs and be a co-DC at Oxford, but that's not been announced yet. Cleveland Browns defensive line coach Chris Kiffin is returning to Ole Miss to join Lane Kiffin’s staff, per reports The Ole Miss bros are so stoked about it.
Shawn Watson (No. Iowa QBs; formerly Texas and Louisville coach) will join the Wofford Terriers' staff as the new Offensive Coordinator. The Terriers aim to go from this: Yorkshire Terrier to this: American Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Notre Dame is also close to hiring Chansi Stuckey (Baylor WRs) as their new WRs coach. InsideNDSports - Chansi Stuckey in line to be named Notre Dame's next wide receivers coach
Watson was also OC at Nebraska under Pelini. He would have been OC when Nebraska faced Texas in the 2010 B12 Championship game. Small world...he was also Pitt's OC and was replaced by Mark Whipple who just came to Nebraska to be OC.

.....poaches..... The Bayou Bengals poach Michael Ferrara (asst for player personnel / good recruiter) from the ags. Bolstering personnel and recruiting, LSU hiring key staff member away from Fisher, Texas A&M - Flipboard
...Poaches... Mike Elston (ND DLs) jumps ship to Michigan to coach DLs. Looks like the Irish are fighting mad about it.
Miami is targeting Jason Candle (Toledo Head Coach) to be the Canes' new Offensive Coordinator. Not a done deal just yet. Miami football going big targeting Toledo head coach Jason Candle as OC
Whoa! What HC of a FBS team would leave to be an OC of another team? Has that ever occurred before? I get leaving an FCS program as an HC for OC (Incarnate Word HC did that this year to WSU) but can't imagine doing that for an FBS school.
He realizes that Toledo ain't always going to be good, and that Christobal will fail in 3 years, Miami once again won't be able to find a replacement and will promote him. Besides, have you ever been to Toledo? Even with all its problems, Miami is a marked improvement.
Haven't been to Toledo and can't imagine it's a "fun" place. Candle is approaching $1.2M/yr in salary. Not unheard of but Miami would need to pay commensurate with what OSU just committed for Kevin Wilson to land Candle.
Full Disclosure: Toledo ain’t a great place! I’m actually from there. The old joke in the 70’s was …..Where’s the worst place in America to Live ….answer Cleveland or the “mistake on the lake”……Ask the people of Cleveland…answer “Have you been to Toledo!”….Thank Goodness my old man moved us to DFW when I was young. That said, Toledo is Gritty and Tough as hell! The coaching tree at the Rockets is an incredibly long one (Saban included) and the talent out of there is ALWAYS rock solid!
Rice didn't have a lot of suitors, and I'm told Graham is great in an interview. He sold Chris Del Conte on his ability to sell, but he needed certain promises including new turf in Rice Stadium. He already knew the people at Tulsa when he lied to Rice's president & AD about taking the job. Didn't hurt that Rice thought his ability to bring Applewhite as OC would be a big political and financial boost.
I think Mario Christobal will succeed at Miami. He’s good at Xs and Os, and his recruiting will be scary. Toledo guy’s play may be to get on the big boys’ radar at Miami, and then springboard to an SEC, ACC, or Big 10 head coaching job. And enjoy life more than in Toledo.
.....poaches..... Coleman Hutzler (Ole Miss special teams coach) will join Saban at Alabama. You may remember Hutzler as a short-term LB coach and co-D coordinator here at UT. He also coached at South Carolina. (and yes, the Ole Miss bros are pissed...) Alabama expected to hire special teams coordinator Coleman Hutzler from Ole Miss; role unclear Here's Hutzler from his UT coaching days.
WOOOOOOOAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! It's not a done deal indeed! (see above) Per the Toledo Blade-- Candle tells Miami "Nope" and remains at Toledo as a head coach after all... Nice try Mario. Jason Candle to remain Toledo football head coach
Ken Lamendola (Furman LBs) is going back to his alma mater Air Force to coach the Falcons LBs. https://twitter.com/coachlamendola
He's betting that a good year at Toledo opens up better HC gigs. I strongly suspect he wasn't willing to take a pay cut either. I doubt Miami has the $$ to pay $1.25M to an OC.
