I don't think I've seen a more consistent program. Notice the year after year after year of 7-5 or 8-4 regular season records. I used to joke about them being the best 8-4 team in the country, but they actually average 7-5. It took literally the best player in the history of their program to finally get to 10 wins.
They've had 12 seasons with 10(+) wins in the history of their program (exactly 1 every 10 years) many of which came in the probation filled Jackie Sherrill era. Mack Brown had 9 consecutive 10 win seasons to put that in perspective.
