I know this is the football board, but damn I had to post this.. I'm a former rec. league swimmer, and to do what the Swimming and Diving team has done is simply amazing. Think about this Men's Swimming & Diving wins 16th straight Big 12 Championship and the Longhorns have won 33 consecutive conference titles. Unbelievable. They've also won 10 NC since 1981. 1981 - Texas 1982 - UCLA 1983 - Florida 1984 - Florida 1985 - Stanford 1986 - Stanford 1987 - Stanford 1988 - Texas 1989 - Texas 1990 - Texas 1991 - Texas 1992 - Stanford 1993 - Stanford 1994 - Stanford 1995 - Michigan 1996 - Texas 1997 - Auburn 1998 - Stanford 1999 - Auburn 2000 - Texas 2001 - Texas 2002 - Texas 2003 - Auburn 2004 - Auburn 2005 - Auburn 2006 - Auburn 2007 - Auburn 2008 - Arizona 2009 - Auburn 2010 - Texas 2011 - California The Link Okay, sorry for the interruption...you guys can go back to discussing Spring football.
Winning Big 12 Championships in Men's Swimming and Diving is going to get a lot easier: there are only two other schools that compete in it, and they're both going to the SEC next year.
"And we thought all along that any old turd could float. I guess swimmer corps turds, like all corps turds, just sink to the bottom." <<<< EPIC No le hace!!

While we're at it, I'd like to point out that both Men's Swimming & Golf are worth keeping an eye on this season, with both having an excellent chance of winning the NC this spring. Our last NC was 2010 in Men's Swimming so it's been a while.
