I caught that, amidst a litany of statistics.

 

Is he going to start for us? He had some pretty good games against ISU, including the thunderstorm one in 2006 and the crazy nearly-falling-down scramble TD pass to Nate Jones in 2007.

 

It was also the 2007 Iowa State game that began Colt's transformation into a dual threat QB.

 

Hurry up and have some kids, Colt. We miss you.

Just found out that one of my co-worker's daughters is married to Phil Dawson's brother. Phil just became an Uncle a few days ago.

 

Any word on special events for DKR? I heard they opened the stadium gates for people to leave flowers and such. I assume the tower will go dark. Any talk of a Memorial open to the public on the South Mall or outside the stadium?

 

Phil Dawson is 37 years old, playing his 14th year in the league, and his salary is reported at $3,810,000 . Add in the fact that kickers don't get brain damage or crippling leg injuries and that's a pretty good job. I'd live in Cleveland for that.
