    Brown-nosers, back-biters, muck-rackers, ne-er do wells,

Man, I hope Shane stays. If he is unhappy over Strong going, he shouldn't be. Neither Watson or Gilbert were good OCs.
He can be something special with a good OC.

That may have happened regardless of coaching change. He seemed burried on the depth chart. Hope he stays and gets a chance now that Foreman has left.

Don't know much about T Houston but a backup big back is needed. RB will be a little thin depth wise with only Warren and Porter logging any significant carries. Would be nice if Kirk Johnson can get on the field.

Kirk Johnson has been injured the majority of the year with Texas applying for a red shirt for Johnson and Warren's injuries and losing a year of eligibility. We do need to recruit at least 2 more RB IMHO with both guys going into their junior year.

I'm really hopeful that Johnson comes back and i think he could make a pretty big impact, but even if he does, he clearly can't be expected to run it 25 times a game. I'm not sure Warren is that guy either, but I'm OK with being proven wrong. I think he's great against horrible defenses, but I don't think he has the knack of finding the crease that D'onta had, and it seemed like he had a lot of "waste" runs where he just kinda tip-toed up to the line. Maybe that changes with a better o-line.

Right now I don't think we have a back on campus that is going to make a decent offensive line look great. Maybe that's asking too much?

Correct, but it isn't asking to much for The University of Texas.

Isn't Buechele a better fit for Herman's offense than Allen? It doesn't seem like that should run him off.

Is Allen really coming? Does he have one or two years left? What about Stidham (sp)?

One or more of these kids should be giving serious consideration to TCU, because Hill has talent, but not much in the top floor.

Stidham is off to the SEC which he hinted at in a recent tweet yesterday... Possibly Auburn and join former Baylor team mate Kam Martin. As far as TCU they locked up Shawn Robinson, a top 5 dual threat QB from Desoto so I think they are solid with Kenny Hill back for another season. Nobody knows what's going on with kyle Allen if he is indeed a graduate transfer, he is free to go to whatever school he chooses so who knows but one can only hope.

As a graduate transfer he still has to get the approval for which schools he can go to or a list of schools that he cannot.

Nah man it's a loophole from an NCAA 2006 revision which essentially lets graduates become more or less free agents or guns for hire and gives a transfer immediate eligibility if he has earned his degree and seeks a graduate degree in a major not offered by his current school.

Interesting that Jefferson was included. Not sure he had an All Big XII year, but if an award comes your way take it.

Didn't Warren's mom say he would transfer because Charlie got fired?
