Obama Dumping More Gitmo Terrorists Back Into The Fray

With two weeks to go in his abysmal Presidency, Obama is dumping as many hardcore Islamic terrorists as he can back onto the world, with a goal of shutting down Gitmo entirely. The next 18 that Josh Earnest announced will be released include a master bomb maker, senior financier, two would be 911 attackers, and a guy who threatened to behead a guard.

Ostensibly these people are released to foreign governments who are supposed to monitor them, but many find their way back to the badlands of the Middle East and back into terrorism. The ones released to Saudi Arabia "go through a rehab program at the Mohammed Bin Naif Center for Advice, Counseling and Care". At this resort-style facility the jihadists get the following amenities "a pool and sauna, conjugal visits, art classes and gourmet meals". I suppose this is to get them back in shape to resume the grueling war on the infidels.

Earnest says they're working to "overcome the obstacles that Congress has put in their way to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay". I'd be interested in the pro-Obama crowd's explanation of how this is a good thing for the United States of America.

Obamas actions on Gitmo are purely ideological and I cannot really think up a reasonable defense. He really seems to believe that our enemies use Gitmo as a recruitment tool against us which is of course ridiculous to anyone with common sense. Predictably the story is under-reported by the MSM and the administration is not being asked difficult questions about their actions.

 

Obama likes aiding and abetting the enemy.

 

I could remember Obama in his first campaign raising his voice to thecrowd declaring that he'd shut down Gitmo and his supporter went wild cheering. I was thinking at the time, why is that a good thing? It came clear over the years what Obama was all about and it's actually scary that we would elect a person like that......not once but twice. He is the biggest con artist ever. I know that's harsh but does anybody now dispute this?

Ronald Fiddler, who later became Jamal al Harith, is a Brit citizen who was captured in Afghanistan in 2002 and taken to Gitmo. After alot of campaigning by Tony Blair and other Brit libs, we gave him back to England in 2004, where he received a hero's welcome.

The Guardian ran a story about him saying things like --

-- "victims of America's 'icon of lawlessness'"
-- "Britain's survivors of the detention centre that has been called the 'gulag of our times'".

He was given money by the media there for his story. He was given a very nice house to live in. But he still demanded more compensation and was eventually given another £1M of Brit taxpayer money.

How did al Harith show his gratitude for this largess? He left the UK to join ISIS in Syria. From there, he became part of the NGO called "CAGE" (formerly known as "Cageprisoners") supported by Vanessa Redgrave, Victoria Brittain, Peter Oborne and Sadiq Khan.

And then? And then he went to Iraq and became a suicide bomber in the name of ISIS, detonating a car bomb at an Iraqi army base last month.
