Per ESPN, fresh off a really good game against the Cowboys, Jordan Hicks has a torn pec and is out for the season.
This was the story of Hicks when he was as Texas and now also in the NFL, can't stay on the field because of injuries. He has loads of talent, maybe he can avoid the injury bug in the future.
Somebody told me that he's the one who put Romo out for the season. I had no idea Hicks was the starting MLB for the Eagles.
Too bad - he was off to a great start in the NFL. Hope he recovers fully and can steer clear of injuries in the future.
Unfortunately it's very true...Hicks single-handedly destroyed my Cowboys season. He took Romo out in the first meeting. Then returned a pick-6 in the second meeting in a game that needed overtime. Without either of those plays, Dallas still had a good shot at playoffs. With them, they're all but buried. Thanks Hicks.
Its a shame that he payed here when he played here (+ dealt with the injury bug for a part f that time). He had a great season or two, but could you imagine if he had come along just a few years sooner.
