Imagine what Bijan will be like after Yancy gets a hold of him.

I imagine +15-20 more pounds at most. He is pretty low body fat now.

What's Roshon at? Hes been very effective and he can't be more than 225.

I would guess 210-215. I think he was 200 when he arrived in January.

I was thinking more of his lower body strength. That last video of him not going down is a testament to his strength. I could see him being a truly complete back at about 225 with lower body strength like Duverney.

We need to keep our back recruiting strong to really keep balance to our offense. I'm getting the feeling he is going to be the best back Texas has had since Ricky.

So, better than Cedric Benson and Jamaal Charles and D’Onta Foreman? Okay, I accept your offer!

Justin Wells saw Kelvontay Dixon over the weekend

"Carthage three-star athlete Kelvontay Dixon put in work. The 6-foot, 180-pound athlete played running back, slot, and outside receiver. He was used on jet sweeps, curl routes, and when he went vertical on 3rd down late in the first half, his touchdown grab with under a minute remaining gave the Bulldogs life and tied the game at 7-all going into halftime.
    * * * *
Dixon, in front of Morris and Arkansas RB coach Jeff Traylor, is currently a Razorbacks pledge, but he's keeping his options open.

"I want to make sure I make the right decision so I'm weighing everything out," Dixon said. "I might visit Arkansas in a few weeks (vs Auburn). I might see Texas again. I love watching my brother (UT tailback Keaontay Ingram) play."

Right now, I'd call his pledge to Arkansas soft as Charmin. I also will reiterate that I believe Dixon ends up in UT's Class of 2020. Stay tuned here, y'all."

I really, really like this player and couldn't care less how many stars the ratings services put by his name. He's probably underrated due to his size and because he's a multi-purpose athlete. He's so shifty, quick, and fast, and he excels in both the open field and in traffic. To top it off, rarely will you find a young man this size that's so hard to bring down. He's much more than a "poor man's Mookie." This dude is really good.

Bonus: When you first click on the link, you'll see someone who's apparently been working diligently on the abs workouts. (hint--it ain't me)

Jeff Traylor poaching us is tough. Need to find him a good coaching job in Canada, preferably in the NW Territories.

Couldn’t agree more. Size is so overrated at the RB position. Just ask Darren Sproles. I can’t wait to see this kid on the field next year.

    You dont like Dixon?

He had a major leg injury missed most of his sophomore year which hurt his rankings.
However, 247 and ESPN both now have him as a 4-star
And he is about same size as his brother

To me Ty Jordan is the kind of player no one on the defense pays attention to until he rips you for over 100 all purpose yards and a couple of TDs. I could also see him being a terror on punt returns.

After years of being tortured by Darren Sporles and Quintin Griffin, we finally get a mighty mouse of our own.

Rondale Moore is 5’8 or 5’9 and about 170 to 175. If Ty is anything like him I think he would do very well. .

I think Bowman will be a Rondale clone.

I wonder if Rondale is wondering why he did not stick with Texas?

So who’s out there for the pickings. I mean realistically. I’m sure some on this list is a long shot but if we are still in their ear I believe there’s a chance.

    Kelee Ringo
    Alfred Collins
    Mookie Cooper
    Josh White
    Sav’ell Smalls
    Van Fillinger (edit) :hookem:
    Jaqwondis Burns
    Andrej (edit) :hookem:
    Loic Fouonji
    LV Bunkley-Shelton

Anyone else or any that needs their name taken off?

The top two names would be sweet if we could get. I feel good about Alfred Collins.

If size matters what about Christian McCaffrey. 5' 11" 205.

No matter what the rule is, you will always find the exception. McCaffrey is the exception. Same can be said for a short running back like Barry Sanders.

I'll take my chances with big receivers and big running backs.

With regard to Rondell Moore. What makes him so special is the same thing that makes Duverney so special. Both are crazy strong. Both can Squat over 600 lbs. If you heard me say this before, squat is the most important football lift there is. If I had to pick my top 3 lifts for making a football player, they would be Squat, Dead lift, and shoulder press. In that order.

If Bowman is as strong as those guys, then I'm getting real excited.

Has to be a misprint. No way aggy only has 9. Jumbo is the most greatest recruiter in the history of the world.
