Watching the BYU game. It's near the end of the first quarter and looks like BYU is going to roll them. Navy certainly doesn't look like they're ready for this game. Navy is too undersized and has an inexperienced QB.
Damn, old boy looks terrible. I'm going with the Ben Gay in the drawers trick for the staged tears. You can tell the pain is coming in waves, and each one is worst than the last. Hopefully it burned his package clean off, and he has to sit down from now on to take a piss. May have been doing that anyway.
I’m no longer their audience and I used to not only watched tournaments but also Golf Channel all the time. No longer.
A&E has lost 50% of its viewers since dropping Live PD. All of these sports organizations and broadcast systems are committing suicide.
I watched the first part of it until BYU went up 21-0 and then I turned over to the hockey playoffs. Neither one was exciting. There is a symbiotic relationship between fans in the stands and game - especially for these two sports. All of the energy that is normally present was non existent, I lost interest in a hurry and just turned it all off.
Yea, it's different for sure. But college football is just about the only sport I care about any more. Herman said they are pumped to play and would play in a parking lot if they had to. I would watch that if I have to.
After watching the BYU-Navy game I have greater respect for rough and tough practicing. I use to think that hitting in practices should be reduced 60 or 70 percent due to injuries. But now after watching navy play who didn't tackle at all during practices I can see the necessity of hitting and tackling hard in practices. That's just the nature of the game. I do think that Herman has scaled back a little in the hitting department without throwing the baby out with the bath water . For a while there Herman was just plain overboard with hitting. Go horns
This is my dance, y'all, Humpty Hump's my name No two people will do it the same Ya got it down when ya appear to be in pain.. Herbie sure does "got it down", as he appears to be in pain! This act of his needs to be the go to meme for anyone saddened by events. 8 year old has the ball fall off the T-ball stand - Herbie crying. You order a plain chicken sandwich, and get it dripping with mayo - Herbie crying. Move over M Jordan, Herbie has big wet tears running down his face too.
Concur. Was set to watch the NFL pre-season thing on Fox the other night. Less than five minutes in, was on some other channel precisely because they were NOT talking about football.
That was just my dyslexia heading its ugly rear again... Speaking of dyslexia, did I ever tell you about my friend, the guy that was dyslexic, insomniac, and agnostic? Poor fella laid up all night wondering if there was a dog.
