What’s sad is we’ve devolved to this. We have no ******* justice system so we have to get military involvement! We have no ******* media so we have to rely on podcasts or alternative media. Where is the truth? Biden won and suck it up buttercup? See you in 2024? No, hell no! This was a coup. We have proof of out of control fraud, and a cover up. We have crimes against humanity and treason running rampant in the judicial and political systems, plus corporate America, and the media, hollywood. The corruption is soo deep I don’t know how it gets cleaned up. If it bleeds in to 2022, America as we know it is done. We don’t have 3.5 years to fix this!

The sad thing is that you can yammer on about military tribunals and prosecutions as facts on events that have not happened and no one bats an eye.

    Here's what happened in Arizona.
    1. You had headwinds as you now have two Democratic Senators and one of those was on the ballot and he won. So, logic would dictate that someone voting for Mark Kelly would vote for Biden.
    2. Arizona is slowly becoming blue.
    3. As I've been saying Trump was NOT a friend to native's. A) Keystone pipeline across native land against their will. B) He has yet to see that even if Warren is a fake Indian, using the name Pocahantas to slur her was an insult. C) The man honored the code talkers under a portrait of Andrew Jackson. My dad was a Republican but the name Andrew Jackson was mud in our home. D) There are 310,000 native voters in Arizona.
    4. Turnout was up 29% or 17,500 voters on the Hopi and Navajo reservations. Biden won as much as 90% of some of those precincts. They were motivated. Native American votes helped secure Biden's win in Arizona
    The difference was 10,500 votes.

Either on this thread or another you said you didn't have time to research the sources you consume information from. If that's the case, you might want to shut off the internet completely from your media consumption habits. This shouldn't be news to you but not everything you read on the internet is true. In fact, most of it carries some form of bias where you're not being told the full story. Successful use of the internet requires a certain caliber of ******** detection. If you lack a ******** detector then the internet may not be the best place for you.

So, the 1/6 independent commission will get blocked. Republicans know this will launch into a cascade of Benghazi style hearings. Is that the end goal? Ensure a independent review is impossible so that every hearing can be pointed at as a partisan endeavor?

You idoit liberals can talk smack all day. Brennan is at Gitmo. The MSM is telling you nothing as America burns. You believe what you want, I don’t care. My intel is 100% accurate. But it is coming out slowly. All I said regarding Gitmo was Brennan. That’s what know. I would like to say a lot more but I know the audience so that’s all folks!

You either believe Donald Trump or you don't. I do believe him. I have seen massive corruption in the banking system first hand. I know about modern technology the deep state has, which the public doesn't. I won't discuss all of it here, but I forwarded that John Brennan article. We are at war right now. It's just not with bullets and guns. It's an information war. I am on Donald Trump's side. Some of you are on the other side. It's not that hard to understand. MSM is not telling you the truth. You want to believe they are, go ahead. They use deep state technology too. I hope and pray the truth all comes out. Seems everyone trying to convey the truth is getting canceled, silenced, and ostracized. That's how you know it's the truth. I want a free, democratic country and right now, we are losing that! Pronto!

I am not going to take on explaining what these criminals are doing to us. I do my own research and I have some good intel on what they are doing. But to air it all out on here is not in my best interest. Too many factions. 85% to 98% of Americans believe to varying degrees this MSM fake news BS. A lot of that is NOT true. If Brennan appears on TV in 2-4 weeks and it is reported he is dead before that. Then it must be a false flag. An actor playing John Brennan. IF they do it in movies, they can do it on CNN. This is all going to come out. Maybe June, July, August.

Just out of curiosity, by what authority does a military tribunal have jurisdiction over John Brennan - a career civilian, US citizen, who to my knowledge has never engaged in armed conflict against the United States? (Just FYI - jurisdiction is a big deal.)

You don't have to engage in armed conflict to commit treason, sedition, crimes against humanity. He had multiple people killed but he wasn't pulling the triggers. He killed a family of 5 including kids.

I like you AC. I'm fascinated by the media bubble you appear to consume. In prior posts I've already pointed out severe credibility issues with "news" you've posted here. If what you've posted and stated here you have to recognize that "I do my own research" can be questioned, right? I'll state it again, there is A LOT of biased and purposeful misinformation on the internet.

And it is much worse on CNN, MSNBC, NPR, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. A lot of what you call conspiracy has come true. But it takes a while. These tribunal results will go public eventually. Fauci is in trouble now, states are disallowing vaccine mandates, the forensic audit is in full swing. Bitcoin is going to make fools out of it's doubters. I'm doing great hedging these idiot central bankers, it's easy money. Military generals, Navy Seals, Special Forces, these are the best sources. They know what is really going on. They can only tell us so much. I trust them way more than CNN. Fox has lost my trust lately. Newsmax is pretty weak.

That helps understand your bias. Why are military sources the best? Are these verified military sources or simply someone on the internet claiming military involvement? Keep in mind, simply being a part of the military shouldn't give anyone 100% credibility. It has it's own set of "crazies".

None of that has anything to do with the jurisdiction of a military tribunal.

Military generals are a part of the Deep State. Though I would trust them over the CIA, NSA, and DOD politicians.

Part of the issue with our ISIS people at GITMO was the debate whether they were pulled from the battlefield in Afghanistan (jurisdiction good) or not really on the battlefield at all making them civilians (no military court jurisdiction). Do I have that correct?

Can anyone imagine a scenario where Brennan, a civilian, could end up in a military court vs. civilian court? I can't. Keep in mind, there was a bit of a constitutional crisis when the Obama Admin used a drone to kill an American cleric in the ME after that cleric was found guilty in absentia. Can you imagine the shitstorm if random civilians were being scooped up within the US by the military for secret trials? Recognizing AC is convinced it's happening, that doesn't remotely pass my ******** meter.

I'm guessing we all knew that, but I'm not surprised you did not. Brennan is free to think and act as he wishes. That doesn't mean we will give credence to his goofy meanderings, or try to cancel him. The same goes for those at The University that hired him. They also receive no credence, and the added bonus of no donations.

Military industrial complex is a subset of Deep State and partly not in the Deep State. The professional bureaucratic state is the Deep State. Those positions which are not elected and/or technocratic in some way.

I'm not familiar with all the controversies surrounding Guantanamo Bay. Civil libertarians (even some on the Right) have been critical of it for lots of reasons - allegations of torture, overly broad and arbitrary assertions of jurisdiction, going after American citizens when they allegedly shouldn't, lack of accountability, etc.

I'm no fan of John Brennan's. He's a perjurer and a hack. However, the idea that he'd be subject to a military tribunal is patently ludicrous. He's a civilian. He's not on a battlefield. He hasn't waged war against the United States. Even if he actually committed treason, he'd be charged by the Justice Department and hauled into a US District Court.
