Texas wins first two sets 25-22 and 25-14. Texas lost third set 22-25. Texas takes fourth set and match 29-27. Eggleston had 21 kills followed by Fields with 13 and Butler with 9. Next match at Rice on Wednesday.
It was a fun and interesting match. Texas appeared to have won at like 27-25 but our OH got elbow in net on a coach’s challenge. Call was overturned and the match was tied. Both teams had set points but Eaggleston was too much at the end.
