I thought that may have been the reason as well. Isn’t that what they do in the sec also? The 7 home games.
In the early 80s, we were in the northeast corner. But the stadium looked a lot differently then. You could look over the wall to the freeway for one. And it's getting harder and harder to renew the tickets. After a stint in the military, we finally retired back home and started with season tickets. And that was at the beginning of the downfall...maybe like the person that can't watch basketball games because he's a jinx, my wife and I are the jinx for the football. Oh well, get ready, we're going to renew one more time.
Never understood why anyone wants a seatback. Stadium is rarely clean and the cushions are harder to wipe off than the aluminum seats.
Same but I remember seeing an email that said it would be done like the season ticket seat selection this year where you are able to pick your own seats.
Tickets: Football Look under Away Games AT&T Red River Showdown New for 2022, season ticket holders will have an additional application for the AT&T Red River Showdown in Dallas. The seat selection process for this game will take place in the Summer of 2022 There is supposed to be a seat selection process this summer based on loyalty points. I think the Texas ticket box office is really struggling right now based on things I read and some of the interactions I had with them during baseball season.
I just called and was told an email should go out tonight after 5p with details on the assigned time for OU Seat Selections which will happen in July.
I called this morning and they said there was a glitch on Longhorn Foundation end. Their notes was it will go out later this afternoon…but you are probably more right.
