This is for you and the rest of us burnt orange glasses wearing burnt orange kool aid drinkers including LHBsob.
HOW can you NOT be optimistic?
Today's presser. Sark is in his office hearing the LH band practicing game week. He likes what he is seeing from all sides of the team.
    Doomers stay away.

We need to start our own club.
Truthfully, every year I sincerely think UT is a 9+ win season. In the fourth quarter, down by 10 with 2 minutes… UT has the ball on their own 5 and I’m doing the math on how UT wins.
Last year I was stunned, I’ll not lie.
But I really liked where we were headed ( except for the W-L stuff.)

I have always thought that a negative slant is always easy to defend… “ just wait” or “if Cook didn’t have that pick UT would have lost”, these can never be disproven.

It's a lot more fun for me to be optimistic and wrong than pessimistic and right!

Not a doomer, but I remember the 2 opening games in Herman’s first 2 years.

I am hopeful or hope almost full but my fallback is Shiner. Dinky little town up the road and the public school and the Catholic school both won state championships last year and are poised to repeat. Poised. Nothing is certain anywhere

Saturday I sit down in the same seats as the last 30 plus years and watch my Horns run the table again. Hope almost fully
