UNC is 8-1 with a Heisman candidate freshman QB and a build up of talent that has them as a true playoff contender for next couple of years in an otherwise weak ACC. Mack is following the same book he wrote at Texas build up enough talent that you just overwhelm your opponents. Dont be surprised if the Heels finish 11-1 this season and beat Clemson in the ACC championship. that would leave them sitting there on decision Sunday to see if they make the playoff over an 11-1 Tennessee or a 1 -2 loss Big XII champion/Pac XII Champ. Of course Mack has bad habit of losing games he shouldnt until he has that overwhelming talent so a WTF loss may still be in the offing these next three games. Still Mack is doing what Mack does, recruit like crazy and win way more than he loses. I for one am glad he is having a great year.
had Mack and his staff kept working hard on the recruiting scene in his last 4 years or so, he would probably still be here and winning - one can never get lazy on the recruiting trail
I plan to use that stunt when my time is up (3 month trip through Asia visiting new clients and doing follow-up meetings with existing clients). The best part is that when you get walked out, they take your laptop, disconnect your phone from the network, and freeze your corporate credit card. In short, you don’t have to submit your last expense report (someone in IT does it and forwards it to the manager for approval).
